Companies like fast food giants know it and they take advantage of it. They are aware that the idea of ​​enslaving a kitchen stove after a long day, while the children running and screaming, is a fear that most people live with every day, and as such, offers you a cheap alternative, 5 min $ 10 meal without cleaning or preparation.

I've seen this so many times, a tired and overworked mom who went to MacDonald & # 39; s or the like to feed them and save the trouble of shopping, preparing, cooking and convincing the kids to eat and then the horrible cleansing in the end. I feel for you that I really do, but I also worry about our country's health as they grow up with this type of diet. So for that reason, I have sat down and made up this little list of some very healthy and tasty meals that are cost effective and will consume very little of your time. I hope they can help lighten your already overloaded cargo.

1. Sushi rolls
These are super easy to make and can be anything from a lunch box to a full dinner. The preparation time is minimal, the cleaning time is almost spotless and the health benefits are through the roof.

Here's how it's done!

What you need:

o Nori sheet (pliers squares)

o Boiled rice

o Cut some cucumbers into chopsticks

o A small saucer with soy sauce

o Your choice of seafood

I usually use the following for my sushi nights:

Crab meat: available in long strips and is easy to roll into sushi rolls

Hotate (scallops): see salmon, plus these are a great source of energy.

Salmon: I just love salmon

Muscles: tasty as hell

Tuna with a little light mayo: good for the kids if they don't like the idea of ​​fish.

Making this type of sushi is similar to a burrito, you just start with Nori, add some rice, then add the choice of raw seafood and cucumber sticks, fold the nori like a burrito, dip it lightly in soy sauce and enjoy.

Please note that you can also use leftovers such as chicken, roast beef etc to make these for children's lunches the next day. The concept is sushi, but there are many applications.

2. Simple resurrection.

Take some basic vegetables; I use cabbage, beans, chickpeas and carrot (thinly sliced)

A few thin cuts of meat, I prefer chicken but all will do.

Boil the meat with a modest amount of soy, until almost done, add vegetables, when the vegetables start to boil add a small cup of water to create a soup, then add the udon, cook for a few more minutes.
